Contract duration ranges from a minimum of 3 months to a maximum of 12 months. Contracts starting in September/October are required to cover at least the academic year.

Students of the University of Pavia, Master's students, PhD students and researchers are entitled to apply for accommodation.

Foreign students should not consider this section

The contract will be signed at the Centro Assistenza Studenti, our partners, at a cost of € 100 including registration fees. You will receive an email shortly before the start of the contract directly from them.

The accommodation is fully furnished and the kitchen is also equipped with dishes and kitchenware. You must bring your own bathroom and bed linen (mattress cover, pillowcase, sheets and blanket). For those who request it, we can provide the blanket

The cleanliness of the accommodation is the responsibility of the tenant.

There is a self-service laundry (washing machines and dryers) on the premises, which operate through the use of an app for payment.

In the two-room apartment there is only one bedroom with two beds. It is therefore shared between the two tenants.

The price of accommodation does not vary according to ISEE.

For those whose contract will start on the first of the month, an invoice will be issued on the first day of the month, to be paid within 5 days;

For those whose contract will start on the 15th of the month, an invoice will be issued in the middle of the month, half the amount of the whole month, to be paid within 5 days of issue.

Subsequent ones will always be issued on the first days of the month.
